Talksoon becomes the first Dutch distributor of the Rainbow Office solution from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) and RingCentral. The UC-as-a-service solution was introduced in March this year and offers real-time collaboration, online meetings and business telephony in an all-in-one solution.

Delivery via partners

Rainbow Office is a business communications and collaboration solution from communications and networking vendor ALE and operator RingCentral. Talksoon will now offer this service to companies in the Netherlands via ICT and telecom resellers. Rainbow Office offers a cloud platform that meets the changing needs of companies. Rainbow Office combines the latest UC-as-a-Service from RingCentral with telephony and network products and services from ALE.

Support

Talksoon works with agents supported by Trusted Business Advisors (TBAs). Talksoon supports the TBAs throughout the sales and project cycle. ALE delivers Rainbow Office to the customer and can support Talksoon and the TBA with presales and postsales as required.

Talksoon selects suppliers carefully, explains CEO Danny Waardenburg. “We choose partners based on experience, reputation in working with channel partners, their ability to support a distribution model and of course we look for a modern product offering in the cloud at competitive prices.”
